David Spalding
Owner & Managing Attorney, David Spalding possesses nearly a decade of legal experience, having worked for several different law firms, with a multitude of different practice areas over the last 10 years. Over the course of his legal career, David has acquired experience in several practice areas, including personal injury, criminal defense & prosecution, divorce, collections, & workers compensation.
Born & raised in Lebanon, Kentucky - praised as “the heart of Kentucky” & geographic center of the state - David set his sights on practicing law in high school, during his participation on his local mock trial team. He then attended Western Kentucky University, where he majored in Political Science with a pre-law focus. David earned his Bachelor’s degree in 2012 & moved to Louisville, where he worked as a Project Coordinator & Victim’s Advocate at the Jefferson County Attorney’s Office. In 2014, he turned his attention to law school & earned his Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University, Chase College of Law in 2017.
